/ Who We Are

Car shows, workshops, event floors — HP is there because that is where the real question gets asked: who builds this?

— The Premise

Real pathways. Not a better speech.

HP was built on a straightforward read: underestimated students don't need more motivation—they need access to the actual work, the actual people doing it, and the California programs that pay for it.

We work with junior college recruiters, government agencies, and working technicians to fill in what too many school counselors never mentioned.

Credibility Through Relationships

Government agencies. National shows. Real technicians.

HP's standing comes from the rooms it's already been in — government-sponsored events, national auto shows, and internship sites where students work alongside people who do this for a living.
